Good place to stay in DC

One Washington Circle has a lot going for it. It is located right across from George Washington University in the Foggy Bottom District and is right by a metro stop. It offers many good deals throughout the year on its rooms and each room has a kitchenette. The problem with this hotel is the high level of incompetence among the staff. Upon check in my friend was given the wrong room and I had the wrong credit card billed upon check out-a mess that took the front desk a very long time to straighten out. The rooms, however, are clean and comfortable. If you are willing to tolerate some incompetence in exchange for a lower price/good location I would recommend this hotel.
