Luna is a great place for students and others on a budget. The food, while not rock bottom cheap is cheap enough for what is offered. The mashed potatoes with garlic are sublime. Luna has a great list of non alcoholic beverages, which includes different kinds of floats. Breakfast is available all time and is heavy on the eggs. They also have a create your own pasta menu and a very long list of sandwiches and appetizers. The ambiance is like a modern update on the typical diner. Outside seating is also available.
