As one of the biggest municipal parks in the country, Forest Park contains more than you would expect to find just minutes from downtown. The park contains paddle boat rentals, restaurants, two museums, the zoo, tennis courts, golf courses, and countless grass fields to play on. As most facilities are free, the park is an essential for any visit to St. Louis.
