The first time i ever went into this store i was a little disgusted.
The store seems very cramped and uncared for, i was unable to find anyone to help and when i asked the cashier for directions to a product she was too busy chatting with another employee and told me where it was half-heartedly and acted as if i was interupting her conversation. I left the store without buying anything and have not returned, i later told a friend about my experience and she told me she also hates that store because they are very rude there and that the cashiers are very slow and never smile.

I have been looking for someone tofix a necklace my grandmother had given me years ago. Ace jeweler were very professional and did a great job at fixing and restoring my necklace. I had not been to an arbys in a while and decided to get a roast beef sandwich for lunch, i went to the drive through it was clean but had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to take my order. The attendent was friendly but as i pulled out i realized they had gived me the wrong flavor shake and had to go back to get the right one. I also realized that their horse radish sause has changed and is awful. The sandwich was good but not the sause.

I was standing in line waiting to be checked out there was one person ahead of me the woman from behind the counter kept peering over the customer's shoulder looking at my boyfriend and i. He was looking at some postcards that where next to the register but she kept on looking at us. When we finally got to the register she was very abrupt and rude, how could you go from being nice to one customer and rude to another. Well i guest not to many mexicans must come to that store, i felt discrimanated against and will never go to that store again.
