I recently went to this dealership to check out 2 specific models I had done extensive research for. I found the staff largely unhelpful. They weren't pushy but they lacked the interest and enthusiasm in the customer to make me want to ask more questions. To top it off, the car key was somehow "missing" for the one car model I wanted to test drive so the visit was for naught. I learned nothing that I hadn't read online, other than actually seeing the cars in person. Can't speak to the process of actually buying/leasing though. more
