I went to Dramatics NYC once and would not go back again. I went there for a reasonably priced cut and color. Although I liked my stylist and felt she did a good job -- she was not up front about the cost. She told me upfront how much the cut and color would cost -- but then made decisions to add treatments to my hair without telling me the cost. The final total ended up being almost twice what I was initially quoted. I argued with them and they did end up taking some money off the bill . . . but it was a lot of trouble. If I wanted to pay top dollar -- I would have gone to a top salon.
