Poor Records Office

I took classes here and then went to get a transcript. Since they mispelled my name in the computer (but not in my printouts), I couldn't even get my transcript. I had to call the dean to get me a transcript! The records office gets a big zero. The courses I took at Brooklyn College were good - nothing special, but ok just the same.
