A lot of the people who are regulars here are from the University up the street. The food is excellent, however there is always a long wait to be seated. There is a call ahead service so that you can have your name put on the list before you get there, and they let you know about how long it'll be. I'm not sure if all the Chili's restaurants do this, but It's genius! That number is the same as above, 407 384 6622, and listen to the prompts for call ahead seating.

The problem with Taco Bells is that a lot of them are in bad neighborhoods so you get a certain kind of people there. I have never seen any fights/yelling happen when I was at a Taco Bell. But the food is pretty good, it's all pre-made by the franchise so it's always the familiar flavor I crave, and at 89 cents for a taco, who can go wrong?!
If you're afraid of something happening at Taco Bell, just use the drive-thru!

Everyone loves Olive Garden - it's the one place my friends and I can agree upon for get-togethers. They have all kinds of italian dishes - pasta, pizza, antipasto, meats... and endless salad and bread sticks. Usually I'm not a big salad fan, but they have the best salad dressing and delicious crutons and other extras in the salad - I eat platefulls of it!
It's romantic but it's also a good place to take kids. The booths are private so sound doesn't travel as much, so you can feel free to chat and let your kids make a little noise. They have a nice kids menu with foods that every kid loves- pizza and spaghetti.

I love Pollo Tropical. It's a fast food place, so the food comes to you quickly and is always delicious. Their rice and black beans are so good, and YES, the plantains! They are so sweet! My favorite meat from there is the chicken, but they have beef, pork and shrimp if you want some variety. Everything I've tried from there is great. And feel free to use the drive-thru, they are very accurate with the orders -they have never left something out, or confused my order yet.

Steak and Shake has the atmosphere of a 60s diner. It's kept very clean and as someone mentioned before, the servers are very very friendly.
They have a an extensive menu of burgers, chilli, shakes, all kinds of side dishes and a great kids menu as well.
It's a great place to bring children because you don't have to worry about neatness or noise. Everyone is talking, so your kids don't have to be quiet. Plus they have those cool paper placemats to color on with crayons :)

The prices were decent, starting at $7 for dinner. My friend had problems with her food. Her lemon chicken has fried too much so it was dry. I didn't like that they didn't have fried rice, but my food was okay. I don't know if they always don't have fried rice or if it ran out. It was a Friday night so I'd imagine that they would have everything in stock. The restaurant was full with maybe only 1 table free at any time, so a lot of people do like this place.

This movie theater is a great place to hang out, in the area there are a lot of stores to browse while you wait, and at the theater there's always so many movies to choose from. It's always packed on Friday and Saturday nights so it's a good idea to buy advanced tickets or come early. There is a student discount with student ID, and also the regal club card with more benefits.

The University of Central Florida is a large university with over 30,000 students enrolled the various branches of the school.
There are more than 20 buildings that make up the main campus, classroom buildings, the library, Honors College, Student Union with many restaurants and places to meet and/or study, as well as 5 housing communities. A new dorm building, Convocation Center, opened up this year with 500 spaces.
The student life here is great, there are programs and clubs for every type of person and every interest. The athletics programs are very good as well, and we are very proud of them - win or lose.

Colorado Fondue is a hands-on experience - You chose vegetables, fruit, meat and cheese from a menu and it comes to you raw, along with a fondue boiler with delicious broth inside and a *hot stone* which is a natural stone which is heated to become a cooking plate for your food. You have fun and interact with your date, friends or family as you cook and eat your dinner.
The Dessert is amazing - I don't want to "give it all away" in case you have never been to Colorado Fondue, but I must say it is amazing. I have gone with friends solely to have dessert there. You get a pot of white or dark chocolate and an amazing selection of sweet things to dip into it. Just amazing.
The atmosphere is perfect for a date, low lighting, soft music, and the sharing of the food is a great way to get to know someone.
