any time you're going to a non-chain super market you expect to pay more, and JJ and F is no exception. not the best place to go to get the basics, but their deli is beyond compare. they have everything you could want out of a deli and more. the sandwiches are huge and delicious. they also have a huge cheese and olive selection. it's a great local market in palo alto.
