A great middle of nowhere just outside of the OC : while driving the many miles through this coompletely wild wilderness area, one thought comes to mind: why hasn't this place been developed yet? It's 10 minuutes from Irvine and borders the ritzier section of Orange (in the Hills) - yet hoousing prices are going through the roof because there's no more land???? Whatever thhe reason, it's okay by me, this stretcch makes for a nice drive through canyons and up cliffs. There is even a wildlife sanctuary just past the biker bar, cooks corner.
