Coco Mio is a fun little store located in a basement storefront near the Bethesda metro. They sell all sorts of cheerful and unique hair accessories (think headbands and decorated barettes) in addition to other accessory items like scarves and purses. The store is so cute and quaint that it doesn't feel at all like it's down in the basement. A good place to buy fun gifts for friends.
