Want to learn all the trails in Van Courtlandt Park. Want to get faster. Want to find a group of friendly people of all ages and skills to run with then the Van Courtlandt track club is the place for you. The club meets Teusday nights - int eh summer at the track on 242 street and broadway and in teh winter at various other sites. On Saturdays at 8am y the handball courts by 241st street and Broadway. You do not have to be the fastest person in the school yard to join a track club so try out VCTC if you live in the Bronx, or anywhere else for that matter.
