This small shop has some of the best Gyros I've had. The place is very small to sit and eat, so be aware of that fact if you decide to drop in, but it is a great place to go to pick up a meal. Like I said, I love their Gyros and cannot recommend them enough. If you love Greek food, and don't want to bother with "Zorbas" and their higher prices, I'd recommend going here. I personally even like this place better.

This is one of the few remaining small, locally owned theaters. The problem is that the screens are too small. It would have been better if they used 2 or 3 larger screens instead of the 5 or so smaller screens they have now. The owner of the theater is a nice guy, and he often runs the ticket booth. If by some chance it's not playing anywhere else it may be worth going here. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want a higher quality experience though.

This is a pretty good local auto shop, the only problem is they charge way too much for their service. I've gone to them a few times, because I like the owner, Tony, and I do believe they do a good job in getting the job done correctly. The problem lies in their high prices. There are other local shops that are just as good that charge less. I can't say there have been any real problems with them, and I do know others that go there all the time, but I can't see that the price is justified.

Tangarine is a fantastic Chinese place. The food is, for the most part, really fantastic. I haven't actually had the chance to eat at the place, but have had food catered from there many times. They seem to get most of their dishes "right". I do hope to get there sometime soon, and would recommend their food to others. Also, if you are catering and getting Chinese food I'd totally recommend going with these guys are they are one of the absolute best in the area.

Also, since it's the only real place around for a few miles it gets very busy. Often you have to wait over 30 minutes for a small order. If you are in Wading River and don't want to travel at all this will do, but if you want some good stuff travel the extra 10 minutes to get something better.

They have the perfect blend of flavors that will make you have to get some more. Well worth going out of your way for. This is seriously the real deal. You should be aware though that you can only order meals if you sit in. You cannot order meals "to go". Be aware that this place gets PACKED OUT on weekends, order a little early or you can expect a little wait. Also, the owner is a great guy, and is always helpful.

I've gone to Perfection many times over the years, and can say that I've never had a major problem. Their prices are sometimes a little on the higher side, but the owner Tony is a great guy. His team gets the job done right the first time. Tony will also show you exactly what went wrong, and try to explain it in the easiest terms. He'll show you the busted parts that he had to replace, and even compare it to how it should look. Good guy, great deal.

Matt's Pizza USED to be my all time favorite. I'd stop by at least once a week to pick up a pie. Their crust used to be the tops, it had a nice crisp crust and a perfect taste. As of late the crust has lost most of it's crisp, and it just doesn't taste the same. It really makes me sad because of how much I enjoyed the place in the past. Hopefully they'll clean up their act and return their place as one of the best pizza spots in the area. If you are looking for Pizza with a slightly different taste I would recommend it though.

Carnival's Pizza is one of the longest running pizza shops in the area, which is pretty suprising since they are rather average. Their location has seen it's share of ups and downs, but now that their spot has become more populated you'd think they'd try to step it up to compete with the other mainstays of the area. Unfortunally you get the same plain pizza they've been dissed up for many years. It's worth a look if you happen to be in the shopping center, but not worth a trip for. The pizza tastes fine, but it's hard to recommend when there are so many better places so close.

Another of the many pizza places located in the area. This one doesn't offer anything above the rest in terms of their pizza quality. They do have some great heros though. I would recommend picking a few up instead of going with their pizza, mainly when there are so many other fantastic pizza places just down the road from this place. I would not go out of my way to go to this place, in fact I doubt I'd go again at all.
