You cannot go wrong with Grays Papaya. They are a chain of "hole in the wall" hotdog shops that offer some of the best hotdogs I've had. The key however is to get their well known Papaya juice. Their prices are great as well, you can get their 2 hotdogs and a juice combo for under $3, which is well worth the price. If you want a quick meal, and are short on change, go here. Hey, even if you aren't short on change go here anyways, it's well worth it!
