Long story short my preschooler spilled red fruit punch on my cream colored wool rug. I couldn't get it out myself so I went to Triple S. They couldn't guarantee it would come out but they would do their best. A few days later it was done and the stain was gone. It cost some $$s to do so I wouldn't do it w/the average throw rug but if you have a rug of value it is worth it.
