Norman's has this weird "going out of business" or "clearing out our excess inventory" vibe going all the time, even though it's not doing either of those things. Its always in a state of disarray and the basement is always different, but not really better, every time I go. They have a lot of used cds and you can usually find some good cheap stuff if you are patient. The new cds are average in price and norman seems to have a good selection of blues and jazz.
