Ah, Adobe Blues, you are the local haunt all local haunts wish to be. Great Tex-Mex food, but with more of a old west cowboy theme than a pinata and Mexican vacation theme. You have the best, hands-down fajitas I have ever eaten. Sometimes I go there to eat, and sometimes I go there just to have a few beers (of at least 100 they stock) or a tequila (their special collection is superb) with their always-friendly bartenders. And unlike most places that serve enchiladas, you aren't bombarded with bad stereotypical Mexican music. it's either jazz (hence Adobe BLUES) on the stereo, or a live blues band every wed. and sat. night. If you have lived on Staten Island for a few years, you know this place. But if you've just moved here, don't waste time in getting here. It will quickly become a once-a-week tradition.
