Garcia Brothers Mexican Cafe is a great dining place for a small group. They are family owned and are located in a small building in a strip mall in Carrollton. Their waitstaff is great, and the owner usually is on hand to make sure you're enjoying your meal. The food is delicious and they offer a lot of different options, including chicken and beef items as well as a low-carb menu for those Atkins and South Beach dieters! The hot sauce is great - That is one of my indicators to whether the place is any good - They invariably offer us a coupon on our next visit as well. It is not normally crowded, so we're able to go any time to eat and the restaurant is quite, so its easy to have a conversation.
