I found Dr. Cohen to be arrogant and brusque. He raced through my exam, scratching my gums on more than one occasion. There’s absolutely no reason for a dentist or any other health provider to treat their patients dismissively. The office equipment was rather outdated as well, which in retrospect should have been a red flag -- a dentist who doesn’t care about his equipment probably doesn’t care much about his patients either.
