This place is a cute little gift shop to stop in and visit if you are walking through Westwood. They have a great assortment of earrings and necklaces for fairly cheap prices. There are all kinds of styles to sift through, so you are sure to find something you like and it is sure to be cute! The lady working there was pretty friendly too, and she gave us suckers with our purchase. Definitely a cute place to visit.

When I have to describe this store to other people, I tell them that it is kind of a like a Hot Topic and a Spencer's and a Hallmark and a Party City and a bunch of other stuff all thrown together. They have a wide variety of cute little gifts here, from candles and picture frames to stuffed animals and gag gifts. They also have cards and gift wrap and stuff. And a lot of posters. It's a lot of fun to browse this store b/c you're sure to find something unique SOMEWHERE in the store!

Besides food, the Westwood Farmer's Market has plenty of other things to offer. Some of the people there sell soaps, flowers, plants, clothes, etc. It's a lot of fun to wander though and taste some of the different fruits and things if you've never had them before, or to eat at the food stands. There's some new specialty type foods to try too that you might not find anywhere else.

I went here with my friend to buy a game console, and so of course he was picking out a variety of games to go with it. The girl that worked there was very knowledgable of the different games and offered her opinions on several of them. She was very friendly the whole time. When we came in the store and left she also greeted us and said good bye. And she made sure we were always being helped if we needed to be. There's also a large variety of games and accessories all over the place.

Ehh... this beach was ok enough to go to a couple times while testing it out. There wasn't garbage everywhere or anything, but it wasn't a nice beach. The sand was full of random objects (wood, some trash, rocks, I dunno what else). There were also flies EVERYWHERE. And maybe sand fleas or something too, I itched everywhere for a week after I left... The water also has HUGE piles of kelp and seaweed that wash up. If you have small children, this is dangerous b/c even grown adults were being tangled up in the kelp and knocked down by it. I don't particularly recommend going unless you just want to try out a new beach or something or it's close by.

This museum was really cool when I went. The displays with the animals are the coolest, and kids seem to be most interested in those. There's not a lot of "hands-on" things though. There is A LOT of stuff in this museum ranging from animals, dinosaurs, and Native American and other "normal" artifacts you would find in any museum. The area of town is a little confusing to drive around if you're not familiar with the area, so make sure you get good directions to find out where to park and make sure you're not going on a day when everyone is going to be at the Coliseum which is nearby.

I've been going to this place for years and my mom has been going here for even longer. We've both been going to Dr. Jerry the entire time. He's very good at explaining what is what when it comes to eye care and contacts and glasses and all kinds of other eye stuff. He really seems to know what he's talking about. He and the entire staff working there is also VERY friendly! He always remembers me and my family and our horrible horrible eyes, lol. He'll also ask you how you've been and stuff so you're not just sitting in the chair while he shines lights here and there. Def recommended!

I went to this place expecting to see the Einstein exhibit, but it was sold out, so we visited the museum instead. To me, this just seemed like a typical museum. They had artifacts on display and plaques that told about them. And if you're interested in Jewish history, it'd probably be really fun for you, but otherwise most of it will be pretty boring, even though you can still gain some interesting knowledge about stuff. The parts of this museum I thought were neat were: the life sized sets (i.e. classroom) that you could walk into and explore; the tv monitors they had everywhere to show you things that they couldn't just put on display; the "Arriving to America" room has a life sized Statue of Liberty hand and some hands-on items; and the black room with the burning candle. I recommend going here if you like museums. I believe parking and admission are both free, also, but you should double check before going.

This place is so neat! There's tons of stuff for kids to do and play with. So many hands on things that are educational and interesting. They have the normal plaques that explain what's going on, but kids aren't usually interested in hanging out and reading them, so you might want to take the time to pull your kid aside and explain to them what is going on. The place does tours also. And there's a bike on a highwire that you can ride for a few dollars and they take your picture on it and everything. It's scary but fun! There's also an IMAX right next door. I highly recommend going to this place!

This place is neat to go visit. I've never actually seen a movie there, but the outside of it is a cool enough attraction. All of the Hollywood stars handprints and footprints and signatures are right outside and there are some neat little tourists shops all over the place in this area. There tends to be a lot of tourists here, so if you're going for a normal movie, it might be a little annoying, but if you're gonna be a tourist right along with them, it's a lot of fun to go see!
