This was the worst business I have ever had to deal with. First, they came late to the move. Then, they left trash in our home as they were moving. Then, they tried to charge us more than what our SIGNED PAPERS stated AFTER THE MOVE. They told us that they would not release our things until we paid the extra amount. It was absolutely ridiculous. It is exactly as they described it on those special news reports about how those moving companies try to charge people extra money.
This was the absolute worse company I've ever even heard of. Not to mention, I could not even understand the movers or the people in the office. When I called them later to try to resolve the problem, the man yelled at me and even hung up on me when I didn't even tell him exactly what was on my mind. Absolutely unprofessional..

My husband went to this florist to get me roses for Valentine's Day and the roses were nice, there was nothing wrong with them. But later I found out that they were pretty expensive. BUT to be fair, I've never bought flowers, not to mention on Valentine's Day week. So, I can tell you the roses were nice and the price was not what I would pay, but of course, I'm not a desperate husband three days before Valentine's Day.

My family has been going to World Journal bookstore for years, because they are the largest book store in the area. They also sell gifts, decorations, magazines, CD's, etc... but, of course, all these are Chinese products. They also carry those little Sanrio merchandise of Hello Kitty and company.
We don't go as often anymore, as a lot of stuff can be bought online. The service there is decent. It is located upstairs in the Wintergreen shopping Center, and parking is tight in that area.
But, again, they only carry Chinese merchandise and the Japanese cartoon characters.

I got a sandwich, a soda, and a bag of chips. In terms of price, it was okay I guess. About $6 for everything. The food was good, but not the best I've had. The portions are normal, nothing huge.
I think I heard that it is going to close down soon though.

What detered me was the fact that it was a single room place where you practice yoga in front of the entire shopping center. So, when you walk in, that's it. And the entire front of the place is closed in with a glass window. Not my type of place... I would feel really self conscious.
If it doesn't bother you, then go ahead, Yoga is good for you!

Usually, they will give you a good deal (specifically on plane tickets to Asia) when you are a new client, but then they charge more after you have become a regular client.
But if these people knew how to use the online sites, then this place would be out of business.Deal with them ONLY if you are looking to go to Asia.

NOT a good idea, because people kind of want their privacy when roaming an adult store, especially for guys.
We weren't going to buy anything anyway, but our curiosity got the best of us. We would recommend the store to friends, but the women there made us feel very uncomfortable.
They seem to have a variety of items, but they were very expensive. For instance, a simple "costume", such as maid or nurse costumes for women were almost $100. You can get a much better price online, even with lingerie giant, Frederick's of Hollywood.
But if you need something fast... I guess this is the only way to go in Rockville.

But we did notice that he seemed to be impatient and in a hurry. Don't know if it just happened to be the case for that day, but he was definitely not very gentle. We don't know if we are going back to him for cleanings and such.

I will go to Maryland Book Exchange ONLY after going to Book Holders, because Book Holders is much cheaper. Now, this is for buying books. In terms of selling back my books, I ONLY go to Book Holders, because they will give you much more if you post the book online (which they do for you). Maryland Book Exchange almost robs you when you do buy back with them.
Although MBE is much bigger and great place to buy your Terps goodies.

I have been going to Book Holders for all the years as a college student, because they have most of the books at the cheapest prices. You have to get there early in the semester in order to find books in good shape. But the best part is the buy back, as they post your book online and sell them to their walk-in customers and then they pay you. This is much better than the other book stores that rob you by giving you $5 for your $150 book.
And Book Holders is student run and owned.
