Excellent Risotto and Gluten-Free Menu

When my mother came to town, we had a hard time finding good restaurants in the city that catered to her celiac wheat allergy. Of the several places we tried that had gluten-free menus, Risotteria shone as the best dining experience. The rest of my family are fine with wheat and we all enjoyed our various dishes -- we tried several kinds of delicious risotto and salads, and my mom was delighted with her gluten-free pizza (apparently it is really hard to find decent GF pizza). Overall, it was a great experience -- yummy food, a cute little place in the village, and an entire family of satisfied customers.
