I went to Dr. Lo to have a small benign dermatological growth removed. He was capable and professional, but his staff was inattentive, irresponsible (the receptionist "forgot" to tell anyone I was there for my appointment, resulting in several hours of wait time) and generally unhelpful. For a follow up appointment, Dr. Lo himself was over an hour late. Frustrating.
