Needing body work on your car is never a good thing, but going to a nice, fair body shop will certainly help. Everyone at Lofrano was incredibly courteous and helpful (one of the staff even gave me a ride home). They took the time to explain all the work and everything was done on time and within the original quote. It also helped that they had a direct relationship with my insurance. I really hope I don't ever need their services again, but I won't hesitate to use them if I do.
