This place used to be a little hole in the wall. This past year they moved into a new facility. The food is about the best you can get anywhere. He makes it all up that day. If it's cold outside, Phil makes a great soup of the day. His Philly Cheesesteaks are awesome! You just have to try this place just once and you will be hooked.
