In N Out was one of the first hamburger drive thrus in California. It is a family owned business and even feature a bible verse on the bottom of its cups. Its mission statement emphasises (1)cleanliness (2) friendly service (3) quality. You will find that every In N Out you go to adheres to this. The uniforms are white, the walls are white, the windows are wide so you can see them make your food. This is cleanliness. The workers will great you with Hi, How are You! And a big smile. The Food is quality, there are no freezers at In N Out, only the refrigerator which holds the freshly cut vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) Every vegetable and meat product purchased is of highest quality. If an order is wrong a worker will exchange it for you, no questions asked. So, Yah, I think In N Out is amazing! no question there. This particular In N Out is pretty new. It went through a rocky period of time where wait times were outrageous, but still the food is delicious. Try ordering fries animal style or a burger animal style. It is not on the menu, but people really enjoy it. Also, they will mix your shake for you if you ask, I especially like chocolate strawberry.
