Hats to Hose is a great place to shop if you need an outfit and don't have time to look around. You're bound to find something beautiful here, as all their clothing is really nice and very high quality. They have beautiful hats as well as costume jewlery, but everything is a tad overpriced. Usually, its worth the extra money to not have to shop around, but some items are just exorbitant. I recommend shopping here only if you're semi-desperate, as its always a sure bet, if you have the cash.
