David Chu's has the best Kosher Chinese in Baltimore. We go there to get their dinner specials, for $10.99, which is more than enough for two people. We love anything in their brown sauce, especially their chicken with eggplant and their beef and broccoli. They have great soup and egg rolls and they also have sushi. My father in law calls it Jimmy Choo's.
