They have a great area to workout at the wellness center. Including free weights, machine weights, treadmills and elliptical machines. Its not really fancy but you can get a great workout for a good price. They also offer some great classes that are included in the membership price. The staff are friendly and helpful most of the time and if you hit it at the right time it can be very quiet and not busy. Parking is a bit hard to find since they also do physical therapy and massages there.
