First you're served with water and they take your order once you're seated (unless you're not ready, then they'll come back). They're really fast when it comes to bringing the order too! And the waitresses are observant; they remove empty plates to allow for more dinner space.
I even like ordering their shrimp from them--and I'm not a huge seafood (particularly shrimp) fan! It's just that good! I'd go again, and it's so convenient because it's located in a mall.
