They are always busy on the weekends with hour(s)-long waits, so go on the weekday if you can. All the people there are pretty good with cutting modern Hong Kong-style cuts. But they also do whatever you tell them to. They also straighten hair using the Japanese method for about $100! It can't get cheaper than that. Located in Chinatown, go for some dim sum afterwards or just enjoy the ambience.
