My brother and I have both taken our cars to Ozzie's for minor repairs. The workers have always been courteous. They take the time to explain the problem, what needs to be, and how much the service will cost. The prices are reasonable and the work quick. I have never walked away feeling as though I was being taken advantage of. If you find yourself in need of car repair, I would definitely feel comfortable heading to Ozzie's.

I must admit Tommy's Tex Mex used to be a local fave of my brother and me. However, Tommy's is now under new management. We've been back and the homemade tortillas are as good as ever. For the price, the $1 cheese enchiladas are excellent. Unfortunately, my brother claims the chicken burritos are not as good as before. I still recommend giving this place a shot!

Balboa Park is quite possibly the best place to spend an afternoon in San Diego. I've been about 5 times and still haven't seen so much the park has to offer. I would recommend visiting the Automotive and Photogrpahy Museums, as well as the International VIllage on Sundays. Great food and entertainment! Balboa Park also serves as an excellent place to have a picnic.

Funnies is an awesome, hole in the wall yogurt joint located in a strip mall near Point Loma. The staff is friendly and the yogurt is some of the best I have ever tasted! It can't be beat when you add in the wide variety of toppings and the senior/student discounts. My only complaint is that they sometimes run out of Oreos! Other than that, give it a shot!
