The Broken Yolk is always packed-no matter if you come on a Sunday morning or Tuesday morning. The Broken Yolk is probably best known for their omelets and rightfully so. You can make your own, or pick from one of theirs. The pancakes and waffles are decent, but not the best I've had. The staff is friendly despite being busy. If you try it out, make sure you're not in too big of a hurry!
