Few minutes away from Liberty Place is a Belgian Bar that has a big selection of Beer and good Belgian food. I have visited Belgium plenty of times when I used to live in Europe. Belgium is famous for their beer and good mussels/seafood. In Philadelphia, you can go to Monks Cafe to get a taste of what Belgium has to offer. The food menu is very diverse and there's something for everyone. If you are a spicy lover try their wings with the tongue burning sauce. Also try Belgian fries with the mayonnaise based sauce, it's very Dutch/Belgian to eat french fries with mayonnaise.
The beer menu is very extensive and a must try is the Hoegaarden, and Lambik, which is a fruity flavored beer.
