The lawyers at this law firm are very nice people. I am not their client but I knew the staff that works there. They are funny, cool, and seems like your everyday people.
I've met a lot of lawyers and some are just dead inside. They are so boring and serious that they just kill your mood. Subin Associates have some energetic lawyers who could joke around with you and still has the educational background to be a great lawyer.

They honor their name. The stuff in Jack's 99 Cents Store really is 0.99 cents, well at least on the first floor. This store is great! They have so much stuff and they are all the same price. Some stuff are brands you might never have heard of but the rest is brand name items.
Things that cost 0.99 cents at Jacks cost twice to triple as much. In the neighborhood of Herald Square, anything less than one dollar is a rarity.

Definately check this place out if you have a crafts project to do. If you cannot find a certain supply, try this place, they have everything.

Pearl River offers an assortment of imported Asian products. Everything from clothing, to stationary, and even ancient weapons. This is probably the biggest well known shop for imported Asian products here in New York City. If you like collecting such products, this is the place to be.
They have two locations, one in broadway and the other in Canal Street. Both are tourist districts so expect it to be crowded. The prices might be slightly higher too due to the tourist volume, but that's only my guess.

The machines worked for the most part. There was sometimes a wait for the dryer, but that's probably the case in most laundromats.
Laundromats are kind of like monopolies, even if you hate them, you still have to go to them.

Century 21 is kind of like a smaller version of Macys. They do not just focus on a certain type of clothing, they have everything. The place is somewhat messy though due to the large crowds.
They also have a store just for shoes. This is a really disorganized store, but with great deal on shoes. That's where I get my shoes from!

This is my favorite museum in New York City. It is not an art museum, but rather a museum of nature (hence the name Natural). You learn a lot about animals and the different species that existed before our time. You will see all sorts of animals you never new existed, especially the different kinds of fish that exist today.
They have this life size balloon blue whale hanging over a room. It is truly amazing to fathom the fact that something that big exists today. You'll have lots of fun, this is a great place.

This is a very well rounded school. It has a good reputation in business and students who graduate from there should have no problem finding jobs. But the best part is, it is a CUNY so the tuition is a lot lower than most colleges.
All the students I know who attend Baruch College are very bright individuals. They are great people and they have few complaints about this school.
They also have a new building that was built only a few years ago. The campus is nice and clean. The library has many lounge areas to relax and study. The chairs are quite comfortable too.

This is a New York City giant when it comes to electronics. Even though they are not a national chain, they are still big enough to compete with Circuit City and Best Buys here in New York city. J&R has been around for some time now and has a very well respected reputation.
Their prices may not be the lowest, but they do have great deals every so often. The sales people are usually middle aged folks who know their stuff. Unlike Best Buys who seem to hire High School students. J&R has honest prices and that's the reason why they've been around so long.
They are located in City Hall, across the street from the City Hall office where the mayor works.

This is a very reliable messenger service. Within 15-30 minutes after you schedule a pick-up, the messenger will arrive. They deliver the item within an hour or so afterwards, depending on where it is located.
The service is perfect, but what's keeping my rating from perfection is their customer service. They always try to rush you off the phone and gives an attitude if you are missing some information. They are very impatient people.
But that's really a minor problem compared to their reliability.
Their price is reasonable if delivering in downtown Manhattan. The rate goes really high once it passes a certain street, I cannot recall what street at this moment. It's around 80th to 100th+ street.
