The one good thing about this Architect firm is that they return your calls. Many Architects do not even bother doing so if you leave them a message. This place has enough workers so that they can get back to messages left. The employees are all smart people and very helpful.

Currently they are offering the Motorola Razr for $40 with a $40 rebate after six months. This is an automatic rebate so you don't have to do anything. This might not be as good as the other deal I posted, but this store looks a lot more professional for those who are worried about appearances.

This is one of the fancier performing arts centers in New York City. On any given night, they will either have a play, classical music concert, or some other fancy event. They also host many graduations for various High Schools and Colleges.
This place is rather old, and perhaps that's a good thing to help their fancy image. I personally do not like it because I'm not a performing arts fan. But many people like it so give it a chance.

This is also known as Seward Park Library since it is right next to Seward Park. The park smells like it's name. Putting a library there is a big mistake, it is useless.

This school is good for art. Most people might not know this, but Fashion Institute of Technology is actually a SUNY school. That is a good thing because that means it's not as expensive as a private college and students get more financial aid.
This school is good for art and fashion. This includes all aspects of art, not just the traditional painting. The school is predominately female, since guys do tend to stray away from fashion. But it's in the city so it shouldn't really matter much.

When there are large crowds, the rink gets re-iced a lot more often. That's not good because it takes up a lot of time to do. So although this is a good rink, the crowd really can be a hassel sometimes.
During the summer this place is turned into a tiny carnival type place. They have small rides and games, all for kids though.

My favorite attract from the zoo is the Polar Bear. I never knew Polar Bears could swim so gracefully until I first saw one swim at the Central Park Zoo. They might be large animals but they are as graceful as any other sea creature when they are in the waters.
It is not as good as the Bronx Zoo, but it's still a great treat for anyone who loves animals.

This is a great private toy store. As I recall, it was featured in Home Alone 2. It was recently renovated and reopened to the public. FAO Schwarz is probably known as the premier toy store of New York City. They have high quality toys that children (and adults as well) of all ages would love.
If you're ever around the area, you should check out FAO Schwarz. It is a great place to be and fun to browse through. I've never heard of anyone complaining about a toy store being boring, so it's a win-win situation.

The messengers who work for this place are all High School teenagers. That's not necessarily a bad thing because all they do is deliver the documents to the lawyers. I noticed that these messengers like to rush through their route so they can slack off own their own. This means that if you're not at your office when the messenger arrives, they will leave right away.
This company seems poorly managed and I would not recommend them.
