I really liked living in their apartment. This management has an office on 78th street between York Ave. and the river. Their charge no broker fee and they join you to show their apartment. They basically own most of the properties around 78 & 79 street in York Ave. area and they have new apartments available every few days. I recommend this management, their superintendents are also great. The only down side is that I had to wait more than 2 months to get my security deposit back and this is only after several phone calls.

I have to say I am not so impressed with Dr. Godder's work. Although I been treated by him for about 2-3 years, I am not planning on coming back. It seems to me that he is a better in advertising himself as an excellent doctor than he actually is. I've known 3 or 4 more friends who is treated by him and their crowns keep falling off all the time. I myself had a problem with root canal after using his service. Above all, you can expect to have a simple procedure stressed over 2 or 3 appointments (god only knows why?!)

I've been trough several schools in CUNY and SUNY and I have to say I am quite impressed with City Tech. In the beginning I thought that this would be a low-budget educational facility but I was pleasantly surprised to find a serious attitude from the staff and professors. There aren't so many places in New York where you can study technology related courses, but City Tech has proved over and over that they are able to offer a comfortable learning environment alongside with a high level of education. Only problem with this school is their elevators...

When I first walked into Eberhart's office I thought I am closing the deal of a lifetime on a new apartment. Till this day I am still more than happy with the price I managed to get for a studio apartment ($1250), but the trouble I had experienced was definitly not worth it. My apartment apparently was poorly maintained. I had leakage of water from the roof straight to the livingroom, periodic power shutdowns, mice, severe fluctuations of ht/cold water, extremeley bad smell in the building, worst insulation and other not so nice problems. I had repeatedly called Robert Eberhart and asked to fix the problems ASAP but nothing has really changed. The guy expected to sit on his butt and get paid while my apartment is falling apart. Once, I was told by the superintendant that they know the problem with electricity from before I moved in, but it has never been taken care of. My recommendation: STAY AWAY.

The best part about this management is that they don't charge brokerage fees for renting an apartment since you are dealing directly with the owner. The firm is owned by a guy named Ely who is well known for his consideration towards his tenants. So save yourself the headache of dealing with a broker and call them now.

The Terrance Conran shop is a place not only for the rich among us. Yes, a chair can cost $1000 in this store, but you don't pay for looking. This place has some of the best designs I've ever seen. From sophisticated toys to elaborated furniture. I would say that this is a taste of the real upscale New York and is an impressive landmark for New Yorkers and even tourists.

When I first walked into Dylan's Candy Bar I found a very pleasant candy shop. I loved the large election of candies they have, along with the ice cream corner, the happy decoration and the candy-songs playing in the background. I thought to myself that this is the ultimate candy store. Since then I got to visit few more times and I found that they made some changes to the original store. I felt like this store is king of a gimmick that won't last for long. Moreover, I found many of the candy's to be not fresh and also highly overpriced, a thing that to my opinion keeps the kids away from the place.

I love TDI Arms. They are a fairly new company to the market but still have excellent products. They have an office in New York City that serves the entire USA. TDI makes excellent high quality forearm grips and rails for small firearms. Their products fit picatinny rail, and are made from high quality materials. Recently they came up with some new innovative picatinny solutions for AK47 that include a 5 rail system made of CNC aluminum. I guess what I like about this company besides the great products is the super nice people who work there. They always do their best to accomodate you.

I forever will remeber Hold Everything for their quality products. Every once in a while they come up with a sophisticated line of product that improves the appearance of your house. I have to say that so far I have only bought about 2 or 3 products from them yet I am very satisfied with their quality. Sure, the price is not always cheap but it's always better to buy one good product that lasts for years rather than 3 bad products which last 3 months each.
