Were okay for us, but heard bad things from others

We used this company for our wedding transportation, and they were okay for us. However, I rated them the way I did because I heard many stories from other brides about crappy service and many mistakes that were made by this company during their use of them.
However, for us personally, they were fine. They were on time and they had everything according to the contract. So overall we were happy with their service.
