Manomet lies near the very cusp of Cape Cod and just south of Plymouth. It's not much of a town, but that's perfectly okay.
This store has a pretty, antiquated exterior and it looks for the world like one of those pretentious log cabin museums you see around; but it isn't. It's just a nice general store with reasonable prices and a wide assortment of things for sale. (We got a Lego set and some ice cream.) Atmosphere is minimal; it's just a nice locally owned piece of retail.
If you're in Manomet, there's no reason to miss the general store. After all, it's close to you, and you can't say that about much in this town.
