I usually am not a picky person; however, I have not been pleased with Amy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The first time a man came to check the furnace, he was friendly, showed me the problem, and repaired it quickly. My problem with them is, they charged nearly $500 for a part that broke within a year. They admitted the part should last 5 years, but wouldn't cover under a warranty or anything. The guy was very rude and acted like I should be happy it lasted that long. Needless to say, I've never called them again.
