I go to Moda regularly for my haircut. Not the cheapest place around, but also not overpriced like some Seattle salons. I think they provide a very good value, everybody is extremely pleasant to deal with, and they certainly know what they're doing. Never got a bad haircut. It seems like the staff is happpy to be working there. Would definitely recommend.
