Long a small-time local amusement park, Geauga lake was purchased by Six Flags in the late 1990s. They added many huge rides, roller coasters, and a water park. Recently sold and renamed Geauga Lake, the park has something for the thrill seekers, a great themed kids land for the little ones, and a huge new water park on the former Sea World side.
