We recently sodded our large yard, and from what I can tell, everyone uses Cranmer. We interviewed a whole bunch of different contractors to lay down our sod, and nearly every one of them said they bought the sod from Cramner. They have the huge sod rolls that you get get on the large trucks, or you can get it by the square foot. It seems like a nice family business with a high-quality product. They offer discounts when you buy more sod, so if you are in a new neighborhood and don't have a large yard, you might want to try to go in on the sod with one of your neighbors and get a discounted price.
