Cool place... sometimes

It's a pretty good place to chill and hang out early in the night. You meet lots of cool people and some tourists who could only find this lounge to go to because it's the only one with a sign in english. But once it gets late, lets say nearing midnight, it starts getting pretty rowdy. There are frequent fights right outside the bar and it's quite noisy too. Really pointless, the fights, anyway.
