Good service at Pontiac dealer

Dick Keffer Pontiac is a very large dealer, so I was surprised by the reasonable service I received when I went there for the first time. I was having some kind of problem with the electrical system (the tail lights stayed on after the car was off), but when they ran the diagnostic, they couldn't find anything wrong. The big surprise was that they didn't charge me anything for having performed the diagnostic. I thought that was pretty impressive, so I would definitely recommend Keffer in terms of customer service.
