We went to Morelos Grill last night and the food really was wonderful. The only problem was that our server seemed to be the only one serving the dinner crowd (about 7 pm). She brought me the wrong dish, and didn't come back with my side of sour cream AT ALL (which I asked her for twice). It took 20 minutes to track her down to get the food I actually ordered. We will try it again, but I sincerely hope they add more servers for the dinner crowd, because our experience would have been much more pleasant had we been able to get the correct food and sides in a timely manner.

Though their selection is wide, when I purchased artwork from this gallery I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. They promised the work would be done in 2-3 weeks, but they missed that deadline. Then they said it would most certainly be done before Christmas. It was not, though, even done before Christmas, though I ordered the piece over a month before Christmas. When I confronted them on their poor service, they claimed the artwork was done before Christmas but "the message must have gotten lost." Not only did they fail provide the service they promised, they failed to have the courtesy to let a customer know the order wouldn't be done on time or even admit fault and try to amend the situation. So a warning to all, before you purchase artwork at this establishment, be willing to wait more than twice as long as they claim.

This is THE place to go if you are starting out in freshwater, or saltwater aquaria. Their staff is quite knowledgable, and have a lot of experience to share with the starting hobbyist. They carry a large selection of aquarium supplies, and what they do not have - they can generally order for you without too much trouble. They even have RO (Reverse Osmosis) Freshwater and Saltwater available by the gallon in case you do not have access to your own unit to fill your aquarium with.

What a perfect location for a mall. Before I lived in Minneapolis I would stop at City Center for some quality shopping. Then all of a sudden the tenant list went from Express Mens and Lane Bryant and tons of other great national stores to a Payless Shoes and two bad service Starbucks and more empty storefronts than you would believe. The fact the the bus lines for the quickly deteriorating north Minneapolis put shady people around the mall entrances now don't help much. It is the best food court downtown though, and the new remodel looks to be quite the thing to bring it back to what it used to be and then some.

Very poor customer service at Ralph's. The last two items we brought in for repair were returned with the original problem fixed,but came back with new issues. The first was a heel on my wife's shoe. They replaced the heel tip but in the process they gouged the patent leather on the heel itself. On the second item, they lost the insole of the shoe and proceeded to tell me it never had one. They were incorrect. Needless to say, we will never return to Ralph's for any service. The customer service is very poor, to the point of making the customer feel as if they are inconveniencing the shop by bringing in repair work. We will find a new shop!

With such a beautiful store, I thought I would feel intimidated, but the staff at Scheherazade was friendly and informative, and let me just look around. The unique selection is unlike anything I've seen at other stores- I was able to browse what was on display, ask questions and see up close the work that goes into the gorgeous designs. I'm comfortable shopping for jewelry there, that's my place, I like it very much.

I called around the city hoping to find a place that could alter my pants the next day - it was 6pm. Many places said sorry but they were closing or didn't offer next day service. I called Chi's...the woman was so friendly and said "Oh it sounds like you are in a rush, I can do it, bring your pants." She was so friendly and altered my pants right away - it took less than 20 minutes. I also brought four other pairs and one pair of pants for dry cleaning. She said these would be done by Thursday! Not only was this fast, quality service but also Chi was so friendly! I will bring all my service to her from now on.

Compairing this place against fast food is appropriate since their signature dish is a cheese filled burger. If you get a typical meal here of a burger, fries and drink it really isn't more than $1 or so more than Burger King. But it is oh-so-much better. However, you do have other costs involved.
I have never gotten out of this place in less than 2 hours. It seems they are chronically short on help and overwhelmed. This does not distract from the food. Just be forewarned to have adequate time to eat.

Joe's Garage used to be one of my favorite places to go. In the last year the food quality and service has been horrible. I just went there for brunch and the menu was quite limited. Even at noon they don't offer an expanded menu. I was dissapointed and so were the many people at surrounding tables that were asking for a real menu. The food was just that. Food. Nothing spectacular. The service was ok at best. They screwed up the order of the table next to us and took so long to bring out a replacement meal that the rest of the table was done when that person got served.
Skip this place until they can get it together again.

I knew from their reputation I shouldn't have taken my car here, but I was stuck in that I needed it back quickly. I needed a new air intake boot for my Mazda. It's a dealer-only part, which I knew, but Bobby & Steve's tacked on one of the biggest markups on dealer parts I've seen...a $77 part for $118. The worst, though, is that they wanted $67 for labor. They wanted to charge me a full hour's rate for what takes a mechanic under 5 minutes to install! (It's just a hose on top of the engine - I could install it).
