This is a lovely store with knowledgeable staff, but, like everything else in Short Hills, it is expensive. I appreciated the selection and the fact that the store was very well-kept. To me, a jewelry store should not be a dump! However, they could probably increase business by running some sales now and then. The selction is first-rate.

The slection is pretty good, and usually the sales help is very helpful. I think you will find what you're looking for. It is a bit old-fashioned, but they don't mind if you use the bathroom. THis is one of those shops where you know the owner really loves his product. Greg is a really nice guy, and he is very helpful to his customers. He has tournaments and other activities for the kids ( and adults!) who are into strategy card games, and he has a decent selection of baseball cards, although that's not his strongest point. He lets his customers hang out, which is nice.

Swan Dry Cleaners is a parfectly adequate dry cleaning establishment. The best thing about the place is the big sign out front- it must be from1950, and gives North Ave. a real retro feel. THey do a good job of dry cleaning, and you can get coupons, so the cost is okay. The only real drawback is the parking- it's on a busy street.
