This Tipp City staple has been under new ownership for a few years now, but many of the family members from the previous ownership still work there. Therefore, not a whole lot has changed—and that’s a good thing. Tipp Florist is small enough that they will work with you to create a masterpiece in just a few minutes on any budget. They also offer balloons and silk arrangements. After being a customer for years, I recently hired them to do my wedding arrangements and bouquets. Everything was beautiful and very fairly priced. Ann even went out of her way to find the best silk flowers due to my allergies. I’m pretty sure everyone who didn’t touch them thought they were real! I highly recommend them!
