This is a smaller bank. They do not have an ATM machine which can be very frustrating. The location is very small so they are always very busy. They do not have 1 person who answers the knows. It is just whatever available teller that can get it at that time. Their "help" is not always very helpful and they have been know to be very rude. If you have to call them I highly suggest you get the name of he person you talk to. They also never ID people! I think this could be a huge problem someday. They recently made online service avaliable which is a wonderful feature! more
