I have had many pets and used several vets over the years but after a friend suggested Dr. Jaffe, I went in for a visit. The front staff was very helpful and friendly and the technicians asked me alot a questions about food and activity and things before Dr. Jaffe came in. He was very friendly and his exam was very thorough. He then went over his findings and made suggestions. I asked how much treatment would be and he was happy to have a staff member give me a detailed estimate. I was happy to see that all my questions were answered before I left. I was thrilled to find out that most of his staff has been with him for many years. I really felt comfortable there and could tell everyone enjoyed being there.
By the way, I have been back since several times and never felt like they were only after money which one of the other reviews said. I love my pets and don't mind spending money for great care. You have to check them out.
